The Project: Beautiful Glazing and Patio Doors Installation in Banstead
When our client contacted team at Your Price Bifolds and asked if we could design, supply, and install windows and doors for a new build property in Banstead, our experienced glazing specialists were delighted to help. The client wanted windows and doors that balanced with the look of the property and provided even more character and charm.
The Results
After design consultations, Your Price Bifolds supplied and fitted stunning aluminium OW80 windows from Origin. These premium and thermally broken aluminium windows have internal and external flushed casements and are PAS 24-certified. Highly durable, and blissfully functional, this window can be supplied in any RAL colour. The client opted for a bespoke colour, to keep the design in line with the colour scheme of the house. The windows also had astragal bars, to achieve a steel-look, which the client desired.
Doors were also supplied and installed in the designs the client wanted to match the windows and seamlessly blend in with the rest of the property. The client was delighted with end result and said their new windows and doors were everything they had dreamed of and more.
Any challenges?
Bepsoke windows and doors can be designed for any property and overcome any challenges. One of the main challenges with this project was designing the focal point feature window at the front of the building, which was extremely tall and three levels high. From a structural engineering point of view, this was a challenge that required technical precision and thought. The effect and result of this installation was fantastic; Your Price Bifolds passed the test with flying colours!
The rear of the property was also a challenge because a set of French doors was designed and installed next to slimline patio doors and the doors needed to blend together in terms of style and colour for a flawless look. Again, the team achieved the look the client was after an they were delighted with the work and products.
